Come and learn how to create an equitable classroom environment that builds on students’ knowledge through both spiral curriculum and portfolio-based assessment - which centers student voice and choice. In this interactive session, participants will sort learning targets into spirals and explore uses of single-point rubrics. While we will use middle school examples, all teachers are welcome!
